Winspiration has successfully completed the valuable DME (Dimethyl ether or methoxymethane) Project and contributed towards negative CO2 emission & steps forward to achieve the world’s 2050 #netzero Target at Aldridge, Walsall.

Dimethyl ether is a synthetically produced alternative to diesel for use in specially designed compression ignition diesel engines. It will abate over 2,00,000 tonnes of CO2 per year & provide over 5% of one of the countries LPG demands once operational. It has a low greenhouse gas footprint, reducing emissions over 85% over the project lifetime compared with fossil fuels and is a safe, cost-effective, and clean-burning fuel. Renewable and recycled carbon DME is a sustainable fuel that can form part of the country’s transition to a Net Zero economy.

our scope of work encompasses specific areas within the plant are Feedstock Handling , Gasification or Pyrolysis Units, Syngas Cleaning and Conditioning,DME Synthesis Units, Product Separation and Purification,Utilities and Support Systems.Our collaborate closely with process engineers to integrate piping systems with equipment, adhere to safety standards, and facilitate smooth operations critical to DME production.
